Visual

This wine presents a lively red robe.

Palate

The attack is dense and ample in the mouth with a pleasant sweetness, and slight bitterness in the finish brings back a lovely freshness.  

Nose

The nose is floral with hints of peony.

Winemaking

Macerated for 4 months on grape skin in an 8 hl Georgian amphora (Kvevri). Aged 12 months in barrels.No sulfur, no filtration.Corking directly from barrel to bottle in the cellar.
