Palate

A wine full of energy with a beautiful freshness, intensity and complexity, some resemblances with the 2008 vintage.

Nose

Intense and elegant aromas of spices, candied fruits and biscuits.

Winemaking

Vinification entirely in barriques. Bottling in 2014. Before disgorgement, the wine spent 96 months in bottle, on fine lees. Dosage: 2 grams per litre.
