Visual

Bright yellow.

Palate

Medium-bodied but very concentrated with citrus flavors. Balanced, with a persistent finish.

Nose

Intense bouquet with remarkable persistence, with aromas of acacia, sweet spices and ripe white fruit.

Winemaking

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by maturation for 18 months, of which 6 months in stainless steel and the rest of the time in barriques (10% new).
