Palate
A wine with a rich complexity and a deep refinement. The taste is full and precise, with a sweet, harmonious texture and a juicy, strong and slightly salty finish. Its aromas remind us of almonds, ginger, pepper and red fruits.
Nose
Intense aromas of clementine peel and lime, combined with notes of muffin, peach and caramel.
Winemaking
Obtained by the traditional method, this wine had an "extended maturation" in bottle - Vieillissement Prolongé - for 84 months. The grapes for this wine were harvested from selected plots in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay.
