Visual

Bright golden yellow, delicate perlage.

Palate

The taste is slightly creamy, the candied apples are counterbalanced by a firm and succulent acidity. The cuvée is extremely elegant but incisive at the same time, with a pleasant and long fruity-fresh aftertaste.

Nose

Fresh aromas of apples and citrus fruits, followed by pleasant pastry notes.

Winemaking

A cuvée obtained by the traditional method, an equal blend of the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The base wine is a blend of three harvests. 36 months on lees before disgorgement. Dosage 2 grams per litre.
