Palate

The taste is delicate, with a remarkable and elegant structure. The velvety perlage amplifies the sensations of apples, coriander, mushrooms and walnuts. A wine with an impeccable balance and a live and succulent aftertaste.

Nose

Complex and rich aromas of baked apples, nougat, raisins and red berries.

Winemaking

A wine obtained by the traditional method, only from Pinot Meunier. The grapes come exclusively from the vineyard of Vrigny, classified as 1er Cru. The base wine is a blend of three vintages (50% - 2018 harvest, 30% - 2017 harvest and 20% - 2016 harvest).Bottling 2019. Dosage 2 grams per litre.
