Visual

Bright pale lemon with greenish hues. 

Palate

Impressing by the deep minerality and density. The wine has a firm but pleasant tannin texture,  always elegant. The finish gives everything a highly mature Veltliner has to offer: spice, fruit in all nuances and incredible length.

Nose

Deep exotic fruit aromatics characterize the fragrance, mango, passion fruit, bananas, lychee.

Winemaking

About 7 days skin contact before pressing, followed by a slow fermentation in 500L French oak barrels.
