Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

The native spice and structure of the Syrah grape are lengthened and lifted by the inclusion of Grenache, Viognier, and Mourvèdre. Delicate and silky tannins, juicy texture, well balanced.  

Nose

Varietal aromas of blueberry and black tea are accented by floral notes, bergamot, and lilac.

Winemaking

Fermented in 20-ton stainless steel fermenters. Complete malolactic fermentation. Maturation: 12 months in American and French origin oak barrels, 13% new.
