Visual

Deep ruby.

Palate

Full-bodied with ripe tannins and medium acidity. It is elegant with a persistent finish.

Nose

Lovely nose of blackberries with hints of chocolate.

Winemaking

Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured for 2 months in 225 Lt French oak barrels followed by 12 months of bottle ageing before release.
