Visual

Deep ruby.

Palate

A full-bodied wine of intense red fruit flavor and elegantly supple texture supported by ripe, silky tannins and a long finish.

Nose

Sweet black fruit with overall aromas of ripe, concentrated berries offset by restrained spicy oak notes.

Winemaking

The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 27-28°C, with a maceration period of 14-16 days for Merlot and 16-18 days for Cabernet Sauvignon. Malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel, followed by 15 months of aging French oak barriques and a small part of American oak, then 3 months in the bottle.
