Palate
Rich and well-balanced, with a silky texture, notes of ripe white fruits, hazelnut, and fine butter, supported by elegant minerality and a long, fresh, and refined finish.
Nose
Elegant, with aromas of white flowers, almond, delicate citrus, and ripe white fruits, complemented by subtle notes of honey and delicate spices.
Winemaking
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in oak barrels, followed by approximately 12 months of ageing in barriques, part of them new oak, preserving the balance between richness, finesse, and the mineral expression typical of Meursault.
