Visual

Light straw yellow.

Palate

Broad and elegant, with well-defined minerality, notes of white fruit and apricot, supported by lively acidity and a subtle hint of almond on the finish. Long, fresh, and refined finish.

Nose

Floral and mineral, with delicate notes of white flowers, almond, and ripe white fruits, supported by elegant freshness and chalky nuances typical of Burgundian Chardonnay.

Winemaking

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of ageing (80% in barrels, including 12% new oak, and 20% in stainless steel tanks).
