Palate

Well-balanced, fresh and delicate, with a long dry finish.

Nose

Delicate aromas of peaches and citrus.

Winemaking

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the temperature maintained between 14º and 16°C, for about 8-10 days. A short aging period in steel of about three months before bottling.
