Visual

Pale lemon with greenish hints.

Palate

Fruity on the palate, with juicy acidity, mineral notes, and a fresh finish. 

Nose

Pineapple, citrus, guava, and melon aromas, followed by floral and honey notes.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-harvested at temperatures of 22-23°C, then cold fermented in stainless steel for over 20 days, for flavor preservation. The wine is fined and filtered previously to bottling.
