Visual

Yellow-green, medium deep.

Palate

A sweet debut, perfectly balanced with juicy acidity. The palate is fruity with a straight minerality and citrus notes in the aftertaste.

Nose

An intensive bouquet of exotic fruits such as pineapple, honeydew and passion fruit combined with a nice slight peach fragrance.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. Fermentation 100% in stainless tanks. Aged on fine lees for 5 months.
