Visual

Bright pale lemon.

Palate

The taste is rich and creamy, with a lively flavor and aromas of green apple, tangerine, white chocolate and spices. The juicy aftertaste is dominated by fresh fruit notes, with a very good balance between the residual sugar and mineral-acid notes.

Nose

Fresh aromas of green apples, with secondary tones of mint, lemon rind and some yeast impressions.

Winemaking

Traditional wine making with a reductive style, using wild yeasts to preserve the primary fruit aromas and to highlight the characteristics of climate and soil.
