Visual

Bright straw yellow with green reflections.  

Palate

The same flavors as the olfactory notes and at the end, a slight mineral salty touch. Good structure and persistence.

Nose

Complex notes of tomato leaves and green vegetables, citrus and white peach aromas.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting. Slight grape pressing, alcoholic fermentation, and maturation sur lie in steel tanks.
