Pale lemon.

Palate

The taste is racy and clear, with citrus fruits followed by a saline and mineral finish.

Nose

Pure nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits

Winemaking

Direct pressing of the grapes on arrival at the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel (predominantly) and in wooden vats and casks.
