Visual

Pale lemon.

Palate

Rich and full-bodied wine, where notes of fleshy white fruits are enhanced by hints of pepper and linked to a unique minerality. 

Nose

Fresh, with citrus and mineral aromas.

Winemaking

Direct pressing of grapes on arrival at the winery. Fermentation in wooden vats, casks and stainless steel vats. Aging on the lees in wooden vats, casks (predominantly) and stainless steel vats.
