Bright golden yellow with a delicate effervescence.
Palate
There is a strong structure and a good balance between the ripe fruit and calcareous minerality, which ultimately leads to slightly salty and tonic sensations.
Nose
It is a Champagne wine with a precise and distinct minerality; its aromas remain impeccably articulated from the attack to the finish.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested from plots in Avize, with vines over 50 years old and predominantly calcareous soil. The base wine was aged in oak barrels and unfiltered. It was produced by the traditional method, and the autolysis period of the yeasts was 5 years.
