Visual

Deep ruby.

Palate

A full-bodied wine of intense red fruit flavor and elegantly supple texture supported by ripe, silky tannins and a long finish.

Nose

Sweet black fruit with overall aromas of ripe, concentrated berries offset by restrained spicy oak notes.

Winemaking

The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with a maceration period of 14-16 days for Merlot and 16-18 days for Cabernet Sauvignon. Malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel, followed by 15 months of aging French oak barriques and a small part of American oak, then 3 months in the bottle.
