Visual

Palate

Full body, juicy texture and elegant tannins. Notes on spices, leather and tobacco. Strong aftertaste.

Nose

Concentrated aromas of blackcurrant, plums, and sweet spices.

Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration for 30 days in concrete tanks. Aging for 20 months in new oak barrels.
