Visual

Pale lemon with greenish hues.

Palate

Super-concentrated and super-focused on the compact, yet vibrant palate that's right on the borderline of medium to full-bodied. Enormous crushed rock intensity powers the super-long, very clean finish. Great aging potential.  

Nose

A deep and subtle bouquet with great fresh pineapple fruit plus white chocolate, white pepper, Amalfi lemon and lemon curd complexity.

Winemaking

The grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then destemmed, crushed, 9 to 12 hours of skin contact, fermented in a steel tank and partly in a big wooden cask, and aged for about 9 months on the fine yeast till bottling.
