Visual

Palate

The perfect balance between the fresh acidity, fruity aromas, and a light and pleasant sensation of sweetness.

Nose

Intense aromas of citrus and exotic fruits.

Winemaking

After destemming, the grapes are lightly pressed and then the must is cold-settled. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, to preserve aromas.
