Visual

Red-purple color.

Palate

The attack is as lively as it is indulgent, exploring the delicious duality of its blood orange flavours, at once sweet and sharp, followed by a gentle bitterness which lingers long on the palate. A perfect balance between fruity and floral aromas.

Nose

An enticing bouquet of wild strawberries and a touch of fresh rose petals. The floral notes unfold leisurely, led by delicate notes of peony. All this time, a subtle spicy note of pepper and hints of chocolate and raspberry make their presence felt.

Winemaking

Aging for 18 months in barriques(60% new).
