Visual

Bright pale lemon with golden reflections.

Palate

Fresh on the palate, a perfect balance between juicy acidity and sweetness. 

Nose

A broad bouquet with scents of citrus, passion fruit, orange blossom and aromatic herbs.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C. Kept for aging in stainless tanks for 3 months and then 4 months in the bottle before release.
