Visual

Crystalline straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage and creamy foam.

Palate

Balanced and dynamic, with a deep harmony, it reveals character and energy. Notes of cedar, lemon leaves, white plum, aromatic herbs, delicate impressions of blond tobacco. Natural freshness combines with stylistic maturity, thus creating a complete and satisfying taste experience.

Nose

Fresh aromas of yellow citrus, notes of ginger, beeswax and mineral notes.

Winemaking

This new assemblage represents a contemporary and vibrant interpretation of the Bellavista vineyards. Selections from the annual harvest and some "reserve" wines from previous harvests are used. The grapes are hand-harvested in late August, early September. Aged for 30 months. Dosage: 0 g/l.
