Palate

On the palate, it reveals extraordinary complexity and elegance characterized by outstanding minerality, important tannins, and a remarkably long finish.

Nose

An ample and profound bouquet featuring spices (sweet tobacco and nutmeg), floral notes (violet), and wild berries merging with mineral (flint stone) and balsamic notes.

Winemaking

Ageing in second and third-passage barriques for around 12 months and then at least 24 months in the bottle before release.
