Visual

Palate
The mouthfeel is full and rich, with concentrated ripe pear and fig fruit mingled with vanilla and sweet spice oak flavors. The finish is clean and fresh with bright, crisp acidity.
Nose
The nose offers ripe tropical fruit aromas with citrus and floral notes.
Winemaking
Average fermentation temperature: 14ºC. Aged for 6-9 months in French and American oak. Extended lees contact with regular battonage.
