Visual

Light orange-yellow with silver reflections.

Palate

On the palate it has a spicy character, firm, with structured tannins, it is bone-dry, fresh and mineral, with salty notes and subtle fruity notes on the finish.  

Nose

Elegant exoticism with nuances of orange marmalade, rose petals and ginger.

Winemaking

Very ripe grapes are fermented with the skins for 2-3 weeks, and matured for 8-10 months on the fine lees in oak barrels.
