Crystalline straw yellow with very fine and persistent perlage, and creamy foam.

A perfect combination of balance and dynamism. Fine and complex, it reveals character and energy. Citrus, lemon leaf, white plum, a hint of aromatic herbs and delicate notes of blond tobacco combine to create a well-defined taste, with a long persistence, balance and deep harmony. Natural freshness intertwines with stylistic maturity, creating a complete and satisfying taste experience.
Nose
Aromas of yellow citrus, hints of ginger, beeswax and a mineral note.
Winemaking
Assembled in the cellar in February 2023, using selections from the annual harvest and "reserve" wines from previous harvests. Grape harvest period: late August, early September. Maturation on fine lees for 30 months. Dosage: 0 g/l.
