Visual

Light straw yellow.

Palate

Fresh and crisp, with lively acidity and fine bubbles. Aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus are balanced by subtle notes of white bread and almond, and the finish is clean, dry, and refreshing.

Nose

Fresh and delicate aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by fine floral notes and subtle hints of fresh bread and yeast, resulting from sparkling wine fermentation. 

Winemaking

Produced using the Charmat (tank) method, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This approach preserves the wine's freshness, delicate fruit aromas, and lively effervescence, resulting in a clean, fresh, and accessible sparkling wine with an emphasis on purity and balance.
