Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée - 2021 - Pouilly-Fuissé AC
Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Classic, fresh and precise with pleasant density. Intense aromas of ripe fruit and almonds with delicate notes of oak and smoke.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, apples, lemon, almonds and roasted hazelnuts with mineral notes and good freshness.
The grape juice is left at sedimentation for 12 hours (débourbage) in stainless steel tanks. Fermented in barrels (20-30% new) with natural yeasts and batonnage. The final Cuvée will be stored in large stainless steel tanks until bottling.
