Winemaking

Natural 100% vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aging for several months on fine lees. 

This wine comes from a 3.7 acre parcel in one of the top terroirs in the appellation first planted in the 11th century. The hillside vineyard has an ideal south/southeast exposure and soils predominantly of limestone.
