Palate
A balanced, structured and direct Champagne wine with a creamy and rich texture and aromas of flowers and honey, which give depth to the aftertaste.
Nose
Sweet floral aromas with a slight impression of mint and green apples, directly and gracefully expressed.
Winemaking
The base wine was produced from the finest Chardonnay grapes, harvested from Grand Cru plots. The base wine passed through malolactic fermentation, being aged in French oak barrels. It was produced by traditional method, and the autolysis period of the yeasts was 4 years.
