Visual

Bright pale yellow.

Palate

Despite its youth, this Riesling displays well-represented mineral tones, framed by notes of yellow fruits and dried herbs. Impeccably textured, with mineral-acid touches, very well balanced, and with a refreshing aftertaste.

Nose

Mineral-citrus aromas, typical of young Rieslings, very fresh and present.

Winemaking

Traditional, in the reductive style, with wild yeasts, to preserve the primary fruit aromas and to highlight the characteristics of the climate and soil.
