Palate

Medium-bodied with an unprecedented power and concentrated flavor of refined fruits.

Nose

Blueberry and dried plums aromas, highlighted by notes of pastry spices, black olives, bittersweet chocolate and graphite.

Winemaking

 A 3 days period of cold fermentation, then in an opened barrel for 12-14 days, followed by 18 months of aging in French foudres, 30% new.
