Pale pink with light copper reflections. Persistent, fine, and elegant perlage.
Delicate and fragrant, with an elegant and soft structure and lively acidity and minerality.
Complex aromas of berries (blackberry, wild strawberry and raspberry) and cherries, white fruits and pineapple notes and very slight yeasty nuances.
Traditional method. To respect the rich aroma of red fruit of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the wine is vinified only in steel with selected yeasts and without any aging in oak wood. The wines are aged in steel until February, then processed according to the champagne method with maturation on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months.
