Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

Full-bodied and well-structured, with firm yet elegant tannins. Flavors of ripe dark fruits, spices, and subtle oak notes lead to a long, persistent finish.

Nose

Aromas of black cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by notes of black pepper, vanilla, licorice, and delicate smoky hints.

Winemaking

Made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from vines over 60 years old. Traditional Burgundian vinification followed by approximately 15 months of aging in French oak barrels, around 30% of which are new.
