Visual

Intense red.

Palate

Round on the palate, elegant and harmonious, with well-balanced acidity and good structure.

Nose

Complex, with notes of violet and ripe red fruits.

Winemaking

After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22°C for 10 days. Fermentation is carefully monitored to ensure that daily pump-overs best enhance the varietal character of the wine. This is followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks and an additional month in bottle.
