Visual
Pale lemon with greenish hues.
Palate
Dry and crispy, with well-defined citrus aromas and refreshing acidity. Long and precise finish.
Nose
Intense aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, and cassis and subtle notes of fig, apple blossom, pineapple and cantaloupe.
Winemaking
The grape juice was left to cold settle and clarified through sedimentation. Fermentation on lees at a controlled temperature. After fermenting, the young wine was left for a couple of weeks on its lees without stirring before blending. After blending, the wine was clarified, cold stabilized, filtered and then bottled.
