Visual

Pale straw yellow with green reflection.

Palate

On the palate, it is a typical Riesling with mineral aromas, fresh and crisp.

Nose

The wine shows well-marked aromas of ripe citrus fruits, fresh pineapple and orange blossom with a hint of flint stone.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation - 85% stainless tank, 15% wooden cask – 1200 l (wood from the “Schloss Johannisberg” oaks). Aging on the fine yeast for 4 months.
