Visual

Pale yellow.

Palate

Round and elegant,  dry taste, a juicy, smooth texture, plenty of grapefruit, and a creamy, very persistent and mineral finish. .

Nose

A very fresh, concentrated and perfumed bouquet, with a superb clarity of fine citrus and crushed stone.  

Winemaking

The hand -harvested grapes are strictly selected during the harvest in late September and October. Spontaneously fermented in large oak for eight to ten weeks and assembled in May and bottled in June.
