Dos Déus Dip Smoked is an extreme and daring vermouth, created for those seeking an unusual and memorable aromatic experience. Inspired by the strong character of Islay whiskies and American bourbon, this 15% ABV vermouth borrows both the robustness of smoke and the elegance of caramelized notes. Its name evokes the legendary creature DIP—a dark, hellish beast that once terrorized the villages of Tarragona—the perfect symbol for the intense personality of this vermouth.

The production process is unique and sophisticated: the plants are roasted in the Scottish style, using charcoal smoke and organic peat, a technique that gives them an authentic and deep smoky profile. The vermouth is then blended with Priorat wines and refined using the Tennessee bourbon method, resting in new, extra-toasted 200-liter American oak barrels to amplify the aromas of smoke, vanilla, and caramel.

The nose reveals an intense bouquet with caramelized, smoky, and iodine notes reminiscent of a windswept coastline. On the palate, an extremely complex profile is revealed: sweet wood, cinnamon, candied pear, smoky and toasted tones, which intertwine in a pleasant and ample texture. The finish is long, persistent, dominated by smoky aromas over a background of caramelized fruit.
