Dos Deus Estrelles Red

Dos Déus Estrella is a Spanish vermouth with traditional roots, reinterpreted in a modern way to offer a complex, elegant, and profound taste experience. Created in the classic Iberian style, this medium-bodied vermouth harmoniously combines bitter and sweet notes, obtained through aging in Sherry barrels, giving it a distinct personality and rich character.

Maturation takes place using the solera system, in selected Sherry barrels: 60% of the blend is matured for 3 years and 40% for a minimum of one year. This traditional technique gives it a balanced structure, a generous texture and unique aromatic depths.

On the nose, Dos Déus Estrella reveals elegant and vegetal notes, complemented by the classic aromas of vermouth-specific herbs. There are also hints of oxidation and sweet accents of Pedro Ximénez, which add roundness and subtlety to the bouquet.

On the palate, the vermouth is pleasant and well-integrated, dominated by bitter notes, balanced with herbs, spices, and flowers. The background of the aged wine gives depth and continuity to the taste. The finish is medium in length, with impressions of sweet Sherry wine, a fine bitterness, and delicate nuances of balsamic licorice.

Serving recommendation (also indicated in the chart on the page): 10–12°C, simply over ice with a slice of grapefruit or mixed with Ginger Beer/Ginger Ale, highlights its versatility and gastronomic character.
