Dos Deus Origins Reserve Mixology Edition Red

Dos Déus Mixology Edition is a vermouth created with particular meticulousness, inspired by Italian tradition but refined by the innovative spirit of modern mixology. Specially designed for cocktails, this vermouth stands out for its deep aromatic complexity, acquired through a maturation period of between 12 and 15 months in 500 L barrels from Jerez and Priorat. The result is a solid structure, intensely herbaceous and with a pronounced spicy presence, supported by an alcohol content of 16.5% vol. which gives it personality and resistance in any mixture.

It retains the same base as Dos Déus Origins Red, but with greater intensity: higher alcohol content, amplified herbaceous aroma, and a longer aging period, elements that make it an exceptional ingredient for mixologists.

Its deep mahogany color with amber reflections, clear and bright, announces its refined character. On the nose, it reveals an intense and penetrating bouquet, fresh and balsamic, in which a strategic blend of herbs and spices intertwines with tannic and woody notes, complemented by accents of candied fruit, vanilla, and bitter orange peel.

On the palate, the attack is rich and vibrant: herbs stand out in a tight balance between sweetness and acidity, offering both amplitude and lightness of taste. Aromas of cocoa, coffee, and cloves blend harmoniously with the presence of raisins, dates, and roasted nuts, outlining a complex and memorable taste profile. The finish is balsamic, long, and persistent, leaving an elegant and lasting impression.
