Molecule Gin is an artisanal gin, distilled in small batches, made from neutral grain spirit and a balanced blend of natural botanicals. Its modern style retains the clarity of a London Dry, with distinctive floral and citrus notes. The gin was developed in partnership with Jamie Baxter, in a collaboration that reflects a shared vision of precision, purity, and aromatic expression.

This gin stands out for its clear, crystalline color, which speaks to the purity of the distillation. On the nose, the aromas open with an intense bouquet of juniper and grapefruit, followed by elegant hints of pink pepper and elderflower, which lend it freshness and refinement.

On the palate, the gin impresses with a spicy and complex profile: notes of coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom harmoniously intertwine with a pronounced juniper opening, a vibrant mid-palate of citrus and mint, and a long, well-balanced finish.

The finish is persistent and spicy, leaving behind warm accents of pink pepper, coriander, and grapefruit, inviting another sip. An ideal gin for those who appreciate a strong aromatic character and complex finishes.

The production process is carried out with rigor and respect for the ingredients. The botanicals are distilled in copper stills, a traditional process that allows for the clean and balanced extraction of aromatic compounds. After distillation, the gin is brought to its final proof by blending it with water purified through reverse osmosis, which is completely softened and demineralized, to preserve the delicacy of the flavor and avoid any mineral influence.

The product is 100% natural, with no additives, artificial colors, or flavors. The entire process is designed to preserve the volatile aromas, ensuring an authentic, vibrant, and perfectly balanced gin.
