Visual

Brilliant lemon.

Palate

Concentration, balance, excellent and supple texture, complex taste, layered aromas, and persistent minerality.

Nose

Aromatic complexity, Nashi pear, honeysuckle, apple and white flowers aromas.  

Winemaking

The grapes were hand-picked and manually sorted. Fermentation: 67% in stainless steel at cool temperatures for preserving the flavors, and 33% in French oak barrels, previously used, on lees with continuous stirring, for texture and complexity.
