Visual

A straw yellow robe with limpid golden reflections.

Palate

An aspect of richness and roundness in the mouth, unveiling intense notes of citrus peel with light tannins in the finish.  

Nose

A nose with lovely freshness combined with straightforward minerality and citrus aromas.  

Winemaking

Macerated for 4 months on grape skin in a 4hl Italian amphora. Aged for 12 months in barrels. No sulfur, no filtration.
