Visual

A deep ruby red with elegant orange shadows.

Palate

Full body, fine, and silky tannins. Salty undertone and a juicy finish at the end.

Nose

Persistence and intensity. Fascinating aromas of red fruits, tea, bark and wet soil as well as fresh leather

Winemaking

Older than 35 years vineyards. Fermentation takes place in open top barriques of 225 liters with 6-8 manual punch-downs per day. The wine is aged in french barriques for 18 months followed by 6 months in the bottle.
